Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product details including size, variant, and quantity before placing an order.

Damaged Product Exception

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review or approval.

If your refund request is approved after verification:

  • The refund will be processed within 3–4 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • Unaltered

    • In original packaging

    • With all original tags intact

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 4–7 business days

Important Notes

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any refund or return request based on our quality check process.
